Hi, I’m Morgan! I spent nearly a decade inside Fortune 100 organizations designing the systems that decide who gets hired, promoted, and retained — before turning that expertise into one of the internet’s most trusted voices on the future of work.

I’ve led organizational redesign and talent initiatives for thousands of employees at Honda, consulted on retention and workforce strategy for federal agencies including NASA, CMS, and the VA through Booz Allen Hamilton, and built Resume Official from scratch into a multi-six-figure-business with content that’s crossed 100M+ organic views and been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, the Washington Post, and BuzzFeed.

Now I split my time between corporate talent strategy work, a fast-growing platform translating the future of work for a generation living it in real time and helping the organizations trying to keep up.
